Am I waiting to long to ask her out?

maybe she doesn't know what's going on in your head. and just ask her out. try not to drag it on with a conversation leading into it. just kinda start a conversation about stuff like that and then ask this way you should get an answer because at least you asked. if she shuts you down then maybe she isn't interested.
