OMG HELP~ ! timneh african grey!?

My timneh african grey stole my chicken off my plate!!! Can she get sick... i hav rice,beans, and chicken in their i left for a minute or two and the little burglar came and threw my spoon on the floor and took a piece of boneless chicken with spices and etc.. what could happen to her, i love her dearly PLEASE HELP ME!
