Can a daughter have right to sale of her father property?

Daughter has the right to his father;s property. After the death of father daughter's claim is legally acceptable, if father is alive the property or the share of the property has to be distributed / transferred under a clear deed then only the property becomes the daughter's property. The daughter has no claim what so ever on the accrued income on the father's property unless the father distributes it.
