Does it sound like i have testicular cancer?

ok i asked this a few days ago but this is a lil different: im 14 years old. i have what seems to be like a little lump UNDER my skin.. but would a cancerous lump be over???!?! and also right by leg and around the "privates" area i got like a rash, and its turning soar and hit sort of hurts. i mean what does a lump with cancer look like?? is it really big? is it under or over the skin? not that im gay but i'd like to maybe see some pics, but idk yet :P. and also i've been sort of sick and diahriia (soryy bad speller).
