Islam and human rights......lets think about it....?

The problem is that these people do not have the right to decide who is sinning and what their punishment should be. When it's a religious matter the punishment should be left up to God to deal with not man. A man or woman who commits adultery is a personal matter. A who practices is a personal matter. A person who choose to leave a religion is a personal matter. None of these are societal crimes and therefore they should not be punished for them. God never gave anyone the right to judge others, that is His right only and He is the only one who should deal with it.
