How to get rid of red spots and marks? have tried antibiotics!?

ok im 16 and i have had a few spots for about 3 years now, maybe about ten spots on my face at the moment. this may not seem like much, but i have quite light skin and the spots are really red and relatively big so are very noticeable. i went to the doctor about 4 months ago, and was prescribed with a 3 month course of antibiotics. at the time, i also had a rash from acne which was cleared up by the antibiotics but had little affect on my actual acne. i aslo get some blackheads and whiteheads. ive tried so many different things its getting on my nerves now: clean and clear exfoliator, clearasil ultra, clearasil pads, neutragina spot stress control, simple face wash, oxy's face wash and spot cream, freederm face wash and spot cream, sudocreme, tea tree oil. theres probably more but you get the idea. sudocreme seems to work very slightly but only some of the time. i have some inflamed red spots, and also some red marks from spots. it's not that serious but it affects my social life especially with girls and makes me very self conscious. i don't know whether i should go to the doctor again as its not that bad and they probably have alot better things to do. can anyone tell me what i can do? by the way no makeup since im a boy. thanks in advance.
